AMAJ Approach

AMAJ team will conduct an initial study on the existing HR & Payroll function and submit a scope document to the client that will clearly define the lists of tasks, onsite/offsite involvements, modality of operations, systems to be used, MIS reports and delivery time lines etc. On approval of the scope document and agreeing upon a monthly retainership fees, AMAJ will deploy the HCMS application for the client and configure the system as per client HR Policy.

History data will be then migrated and trial run will be conducted. On approval of the trial run results, the official roll out of the payroll will be done and AMAJ will then take care of the monthly payroll process of the company on a continuous basis. The system maintenance and upkeeping will be the responsibility of AMAJ.
